Update ; 10/1/2020 Update, I received a screen in the mail after all the conversations with this company to verify that they are sending me the right screen. I did everything I could to be sure they had the right screen to send me. Well, after a week I recived the screen and it's the wrong screen. I called Mark and told him the issue. He then went and verified that they did send the wrong screen and they don't have the one I need in stock. So he will send me out a return shipping label. But that doesn't help my kid get back to taking these online classes. He did send me links to help me find the screen elsewhere, Which was helpful and courteous.
