The drive through with only one person in front of me took 15 minutes for one bagel and a latte. The person on the drive thru this morning did not understand my order and was rude when asking questions then I asked her to repeat the order which she then turned it over to another guy that helped much better and also got me the reward I have on file. When I went to the drive thru they didn't say hello and I waited a full minute then said hello and she told me to wait. Then when I drove up to the window she just put her hand out for the card, no hello or order confirmation. Overall a rude experience from the lady and I would recommend customer service training or get someone on drive thru that can multitask.
Update 12/16/24: I left the above review 3 months ago. Same drive thru customer service person was there again. This time she got my order right but did not give the additional sauce requested as well as any silverware for the soup. When I asked for it she gave me attitude and I asked for a soup. She said "you didn't say you needed a spoon" and shut the window on me. I stayed at the window and waited for the spoon. She did not get one and asked in a sassy and disrespectful attitude what I needed and I said ma'am I requested a spoon, I have soup and no spoon. Then she handed it to me with her hands touch the side you eat off of and not the handle. I requested another spoon or one that was just touched from the handle. She said she did just touch it by the handle and I said no you didn't as I saw how it was given to me. She then handled the spoon again touching it all over the place. I asked if she can get one that is at least in a package as I am going yo eat off it and she said I already gave you a spoon and di I said ma'am I don't appreciate her attitude and she slammed the window closed and walked away.
I then parked my car and went inside in to talk to her manager, I explained the whole scenario calmly and the manager said he has never gotten a complaint about her so is surprised. She walked to the front and I said this was the lady, and she snapped back and said "I don't have an have attitude!" and I said right here is the attitude. I told the manager it was the same person that gave me the same attitude and rude customer service a few months back and he can do what he wants with that information. Read moreLarge Orders NEVER ready on time!!! I rarely complain anywhere, but I order a lot of boxed lunches for work. I find that this location just can't seem to consistently receive your order number one and number two if they do it's never ready on time. I ordered from there multiple times (probably 6-8 times in 6 months in 2017) and I have to say I think my order was actually ready, maybe twice. Two of times they never checked the computer so my order wasn't even started when my pick up time was scheduled. I took a long break from this location until last week when I gave them another shot and sure enough my order was 15 minutes behind making me late to my Lunch Presentation to my customers. $170.XX Order!! The manager couldn't have been less interested in my experiences and barely said sorry. She blamed the Company on "when they get the tickets off the computer and that they have no way of changing it." Her lack of acknowledgement of the situation and my experience at HER store was actually really sad. I get people are going to complain and that's annoying, but I honestly did it in a very professional and respectful way and her response seemed in-genuine and that she couldn't wait for me to quit talking. I told her that HER store is worse than other locations as I order all over the Twin Cities and I would NOT be back. Read moreThis place is getting to be really ridiculous, I normally come here to bring breakfast in for my employees. I have not been coming frequently any longer since the last time i came they shorted my order and also charged me for cream cheese that I never recieved. They end up giving me a voucher for 6 bagels and cream cheese to make up for it. Well i go back in this morning to order bagels after not coming for awhile, start my order then after i finish my order for 26 bagels they inform me they have no cream cheese, and then they dont have enough cream cheese in small tubs to even give me. wouldnt you think after i said i wanted bagels with cream cheese you would notify me that you do not have any?? I will probably start to go to Brueggers since they seem to have everything when i go there and they seem to always have cream cheese. Also last thing it was a dumb idea to get rid of the Veggie cream cheese you guys sell. I may sound stupid posting this but, I normally come here at least 2-3 times a month just for bagels for my employees on top of that for lunch as well. You will be losing my business...
