When I lived in Valdosta, I visited the Warehouse Package Store to buy wine, or whenever I needed advice about what wine to choose, or wanted to try something new. They carry wine from all over the world, many of them quite reasonably priced. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and even cheerful. For many of us, it was THE place to go for wine. I’m now living out of state, but wanted to buy a case of wine for a friend of mine in Valdosta, so called the Warehouse Package Store. They were not able to deliver it to him because of a Georgia state law, but we worked out an arrangement where I could pay for the wine, and my friend could pick it up.
