I ordered the Hibachi Chicken on a Wednesday night. Once I made it home I checked my food and to my surprise my vegetables were not included in my meal. I couldn’t return the meal because they had closed for the night. I called the next day to inform them of what happened. I was told by the GM(General Manager) that she could give me the MISSING VEGETABLES I repeat MISSING VEGETABLES! I asked her could she just replace the entire meal due to it being there mistake. She informed me she could ONLY do the VEGETABLES unless the entire meal was brought back. She informed me this was not her policy but the OWNERS! I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. I work HARD for my money and if a MISTAKE is made on the establishment’s behalf then they should do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO TRY and CORRECT IT! I HAVE Been A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED. It IS A SHAME HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT HAS SPENT HUNDREDS WITH THEIR ESTABLISHMENT! Bought 3 meals and steam broccoli side order was filled with oil? Why? It was burnt, soft and soggy, chicken was hard. The containers were reheated in the microwave and placed in the bag. Oil an soy sauce drained from holes. I had to throw away food. Next day, I Called Craig who said he was the manager and upon explaining about my meal. His response was to be defensive and asked me to return the meal if I want a discount. Discount was not the reason for calling him but his ability to understand or listen is nonexistent, how about caring about giving quality meals and hire staff who have the ability to make the meal in the right way instead of giving a poor attitude to a complaint. The issue with hibachi is they want your money but refuse to be accountable for their actions. Read moreThis was my first time visiting this restaurant; and I wasn't impressed. I wanted a Hibachi Steak bowl because I don't like the vegetables. The guy that took my order didn't tell me they don't have that, but have a Teriyaki Steak bowl. I drove away from the restaurant and parked because I wanted to look at my food. I saw all the vegetables and I was going to pick them off, but it was too many. I went back to the restaurant and explained my dilemma. The lady told me I ordered the wrong thing. I explained to her that I didn't want all the vegetables, that's why I wanted a bowl. She told me they would pick the vegetables off for me. That did it for me!
