we have an electrical project that we needed to get 175 feet of wiring for. My friend and I went in here and told him what we needed. The counter guy just said no and looked at us. I suggested do you think another one of your locations might have it or it could be ordered? He said yeah we could do that and proceeded to take my name and phone number. This was at 10 AM. Four hours later I called him to ask him had any progress been made because I wanted to get going on ordering this wire. He said one of our locations has it and he’s just waiting to hear back for a price from them. I said OK. It is now three days later. I never heard a word back from this guy. Why couldn’t he have just looked it up himself or made a phone call back to them asking considering I did that. Instead I went on Amazon and I ordered it on a Saturday and it came on Monday. My father went in there today (1/23/2015) and he is greeted by the employee raising his hands up as if he is being robbed. My father is Mexican American so this "GREAT employee" was racially profiling him. My dad even asked him if he was and this guy couldn't even utter a word because he thought it was a joke. Unless you want to be publicly humiliated in racial terms, I advice staying away from this "place" then the guy tried to start small talk with him like nothing...
