Culver’s — Restaurant in Valparaiso

I know this is in the fast food genre BUT I was hoping that the food they serve was healthier. Well I finally took a look at the ingredients and I'm incredibly disheartened. Look at the ingredients just in the burger buns. It's poison. All these chemicals hurt your body and make you sick. I'm so frustrated that our FDA allows this. I copied straight from their website. The staff here are always kind and amazing. But I'm sad that nothing is safe to eat from a restaurant. Look at the cheese!!!! It's not even real cheese since they added so much to it and they charge SO MUCH for it too! We have been going to Culver's for 30 years. Always felt like they provided consistent good service and food until today. Person who took our order had poor attitude. She pulled 2 cups from the holder behind the counter for our drinks, dropped them on the floor and them gave them to us to get our drinks. I requested ne cups due to being dropped on the floor. She denied she dropped them. Two of us saw it, We got our new cups. Put 20.00 on the counter to pay. She just stood there looking at us I identified the money was on the counter. She appeared disturbed we did not swipe a card. Took a long time for her to make change. Food came to the table. Luke warm. They neglected to bring the ice cream we also ordered. When I asked about it it was brought ro the table about a minute later, half melted. Six tables around us were dirty. This was 2:30 in the afternoon. People were walking around looking for a clean table. The drive through person was taking trays to the people in the dining room while taking orders from people outside. Meanwhile people were standing behind the counter with nothing ro do. Unorganized and unfriendly atmosphere. Not the "What can we make fresh for you" dialog or presentation. Officially disappointed for the first time...

This place used to be one of my favorite places to drive through for decent quality food. While the quality hasn’t changed, their service has. they expanded their drive through for more orders. However, they fail time after time to improve their delivery time of food being made. so many times in the last 2 months you order 1 item and a simple item at that and you might wait 15 minutes. it’s absolutely ridiculous!!! if i want culvers i just go to a different location if possible. this place for its service has turned into the service you would expect in the ghetto. Fast food and isn’t fast. All other locations don’t have this problem.
