Dollar Tree — Local services in Van Buren Charter Township

Rude staff and managers. Especially Chery that one cashier.Also I've witnessed a few times a cashier eating at her cash register a few times when she should be helping customers. It's the same cashier. As you can see in the picture an opened bag of chips. I know that the picture is a little blurry. Although that isn't something that a cashier should have at her cash register. Eating should be set aside for break time. Not when you're supposed to be helping customers. Also gave me a plastic bag after I told her I didn't need one. Very rude and wasteful. Also their bathrooms stinks ,🤢 !! They really need to put some air freshener in there. Another thing the bathroom was also out of toilet paper. Floors looked they needed to be mopped desperately. It constantly looks like that. Also these locations are terrible about getting rid of items and then not telling their customers !! It's like one of my biggest pet peeves. Also I worked here for a little while a few years ago and the customers were horrible. Very entitled and snotty, even when you were just trying to be helpful to them. I'm so upset right now😤. I ordered some charger plates off of their website for my wedding. This was the first time that I've ever ordered from dollartree.com. I placed my order last month on the 25th so I'll have them. I finally received my email to pick them up yesterday 6/16. I got there and the said that my order wasn't there 😲😡. This is a great place to come for certain items such as plastic flatware, utensils, serving trays, greeting cards and sugarless candy. It is often my FIRST stop on grocery day before moving on to ALDIs and then Meijer. Occasionally you will find decent pricing on certain food items at Menard’s. This store is not as clean or organized as the dollar stores in Canton (at Sheldon and Ford or at Joy and Morton Taylor) but it often has items that the others do not have.
