After using this pharmacy for a couple of years... I've decided to finally switch.
First off , they mispelled each one of my family members' names, including mine. I tell them every time I pick up scripts, and they never fix it. I guess that's a small issue, though.
I turned in 3 paper scripts over a week ago. The pharmacist didn't trust the scripts even though the doctor's full information, as well as her license number were also printed on the scripts. Their system at that Dr's office got hacked, so they weren't able to send them over electronically. The pharmacist told me he would still have to call the doctor and verify that the scripts were real.
A week goes by - I hear nothing. So I go up there. They have a very hard time finding the paper scripts and no one knew what i was talking about. Eventually, they did find the scripts and told me that they couldn't get ahold of the doctor and that I should call. I had to wait over the weekend. I called my doctor that coming Monday , and they said they never received any call from CVS, but they would go ahead and call in the scripts.
A couple more days go by. I go back up to CVS for the 3rd time to be told that they didn't know what I was talking about - again - and made me come inside. I go inside. They finally find the paper scripts, and I request to have them back so I can go elsewhere.
I went to a local small business in town that had absolutely ZERO issues with the scripts and filled them right there on the spot. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes. SO SIMPLE.
CVS has lost me due to a run around that I do not have time for as a busy mom! And it's honestly not the first time they've dropped the ball on my scripts of someone in my household.
I'm very thankful I found a new pharmacy and won't have to deal with...

Yesterday I had my grandsons script sent to this pharmacy because ours was closed. The kid was sick and in pain. So I'm # 6 in the drive through pick up line. I get to the window. The young lady checked for the script and let me know they were closing for lunch in 2 minutes and the script had just been sent over. I said yes 20 minutes ago. She agreed but repeated they were closing and I would have to come back, after 3 pm being the pharmacist had to verify and fill the script. I'll admit I was frustrated and a bit rude. No yelling, cursing or anything but let her know I'm here now, I thought it was a little long to wait. They were obviously not busy with pharmacy customers inside from what I could see. I left and returned at 3 13 pm. The associate at the window checked and said it's ready, I'll be right back. After a mouth 5 minutes of her looking on both sides of the counter for the script she returned to the window, gave me a receipt without the script. Checked the computer again and told me the script had to have the water added. She returned to the counter area retrieved the bag from behind her on another counter or shelf, mixed and brought it to me. She was very polite and apologized for the delay. As well the first associate I dealt with did remain calm, polite and professional during our...
Read moreI had an issue with another pharmacist on day shift who should not be working for CVS not professional. I was discriminationed for refilling a controlled substance. I had to return 3 times. Charged me & only gave me 2 pills. Told me to come back another day. Then had the nerve to charge me again & give me 3 pills-- wtw. Only after I spoke with the head pharmacist he was kind & caring, I was reassured it would not happen again. He quickly assured me to please contact him if I have any further problems or questions. I've been using this CVS for over 20 years and almost left seeking competent professional staff. I'm an ER nurse & I know unprofessional attitude a mile away. He should have been FIRED!! Hopefully he will try to do better 🙏. Joseph & the manager are dream team pharmacists kudos to you...
