J Collection Bridal — Local services in Van Wert

I just got married 2 weeks ago and J. Co has been there every step of the way. The staff is fabulous and they always did their best to meet my needs.

J. Co was the 3rd place I went looking for dresses and I was seriously discouraged. I felt the other places were pushy, no one seemed to be listening to me, and I couldn't find what I wanted. But J. Co was immediately different. They let me walk the racks and pull dresses that caught my eye (the other places did not until I shot down their choices). My stylist, Jolenna, was so calm and worked with me on my anxieties. She also pointed out things about some dresses I hadn't thought about, like how my skin easily turns red when irritated and some of the straps were turning my shoulders red within minutes--so it would irritate me the whole wedding day. I ended up falling in love with a dress that day and purchasing it.

Cindy did the alterations and she was so nice the whole time about trying to do what I needed. If something wasn't working, she did her best to fix it.

I know this is a wedding dress shop but my firend and i went there to look for prom dresses and the ladies there were very rude. We walked in and said we weee looking for a prom dress and started walking toward the racks in the back just to see if there were more dresses and one of the laidies yelled at us for going to far info the shop! I had never been there before so i didnt know where anything was! And then i has mentioned I already found a dress but was goint to try one on for fun and she yelled at me again and said theywere to expensive to try on for fun! I understand that they disnt want the beads and things coming off but she could have nicely told me that that one shouldnt be taken on and off a lot and maybe suggested a diggerent one.
