UPDATE: My food finally arrived around 8:43 p.m.—nearly two hours after I placed my online order. There was no apology from the restaurant and zero accountability. It shouldn’t be the customer’s job to track down or coordinate their own delivery. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
Avoid ordering online—especially for delivery. I placed an order through the restaurant’s own website at 6:59 p.m. and called at 8:10 p.m. to check the status. They told me my food was ready, but since it was a delivery order (which I had already paid for), I asked when it would arrive. I was then told I needed to contact DoorDash, even though I hadn’t ordered through their app. When I asked to cancel, they refused. After the call, the delivery time was suddenly pushed back to 8:30 p.m. Terrible customer service—they clearly didn’t care about...

Read moreRecently opened and pretty busy so I'm giving some grace here for being out of burgers, tea, and desserts. I get it. Our server was fantastic, our food was good but a little on the pricey side. The reason I gave a 3 star is because I witnessed the manager or owner (IDK) scream and make a scene at another table because they mentioned that their food took way too long and 1 person's meal came 40 minutes after the others. Seems reasonable to bring this to the manager's attention if done respectfully and from my perspective it seemed it was done respectfully by the customer but I couldn't hear what he said. He never raised his voice or made a scene...while the manager was literally throwing a tantrum and kicked them out. There were kids at the table right next to them and that just struck me as wrong, unprofessional, and rude. Don't know yet if I'll be visiting this place again or not...NOT a good...
