Devin Siano is NOT an honest man to work with! We (my mom) had booked him for my wedding in October of this year and obviously corona virus happened. The venue that we had would not even allow a dance floor or people moving from table to table throughout the reception hall, so we called to let him know what was going on. We first asked him if given the circumstances, would he give us a refund for our deposit, EVEN THOUGH the contract was made and he assured my mother (through email and phone) that YES he would and he understood the situation. He stated many people were canceling and that he would need to pull out a loan to return the deposit and he would get back to her. Then months go by without any reply to her messages and finally he replies stating that he was denied a loan and that he would not be returning her money because we signed a contract. Had he just said in the beginning that no, he would not refund us, then we would have worked around things and kept him as our DJ for a much later date. But considering we no longer have a set date we asked about cancelling first and we thought given the high reviews of what seemed to be a flourishing businessman, he would be honest enough on his word so not to make a bad rep for his business. Devins energy and song mixes were perfect for our reception and he was so attentive to keeping our guest entertained throughout the night which was an added perk! DJ Devin with Own the Night Entertainment is by far the most respectful, professional, and entertaining DJ I have ever seen at a wedding.
