Brewed Expressions Cafe — Restaurant in Van Wert

I absolutely love Brewed Expressions! I went there with my sister because she wanted coffee (it is great), but I didn’t so I figured I would get a juice or smoothie. When I went to order a juice, they said it was not in stock at this time, so no problem, I ordered a smoothie, and again, wasn’t in stock at this time. When I asked when either would be back in stock I was told they quit selling juice due to a low number of customers purchasing them & when I asked when the smoothies would be back, I was told they were only sold in summer. All of this is fine, but put the word “seasonal” by the smoothies & turn off the giant TV that only has the juice menu on it if they’re discontinued. Cute little coffee shop with lots of differnt drink (including sugar free options) and food options. I had a chai tea latte and it was pretty tasty. They do need make their hours more clear or perhaps update them. We drove in from out of town to meet some friends who where also from out of town. Whether I'm by myself, finding a quiet spot to journal and read, or with my two young children, I always have a 5-star experience at Brewed Expressions. The entire staff is friendly and helpful- which is priceless when I am there with my kids! Good coffee and delicious food.
