Not too thrilled with this place. So, I came in earlier tonight, got some food. It was pretty good. I ordered a smash burger and fries to take home for my wife and while she was eating it, our kid wanted to try a bite and liked it and wanted one. When we called to make an order, they said you need to come in the store to do a carryout order bc they don't have that ordering system set up yet over the phone. I go in, and they tell me they can't do a carryout order for me bc they don't have enough boxes. They were out of the big to-go boxes and only had small ones. I asked if the small ones could fit a cheeseburger (knowing they could bc it's what they had to put my wife's in when I ordered hers earlier), and she told me she already talked to the owner and he said no to go orders. They wanted to use the remaining boxes "for the customers who are dining in and want to take something home". I thought this was pretty rude to be honest and not a very good business practice. Not to mention my kid being pretty disappointed he didn't get his burger. So I don't think I'm overreacting leaving 1 star. I feel it's pretty justified. I'd actually give a 0 if I could. The look the owner had on his face when the bartender was asking him about letting me do carryout (just a look of absolute annoyance. As if to say, I must have SOME NERVE to ask for such a request!), on top of the somewhat rude manner in which she delivered the news was worth 0 stars in itself. If you guys want to try and make it up to me, I'm listening and will be willing to change my rating...Otherwise, I won't be back. As the customer, you had the means to provide the service I was requesting, but you just chose not to with a dash of rudeness to boot. And with me, that crap will get you 1 star faster than bad food.
Ps. The menu selection is actually very modest and lacking at best compared to other comparable restaurants. Hopefully it's just a product of being new and maybe add more as...

We got the 3 in 1 starter for myself since my Fiancée could only eat the brussel sprouts but the starter was good and almost a meal in itself. For our main course we got the sirloin and the Riley on the stone which both were seasoned perfectly. Our waitress Storm was great and we will be willing to come back again. Talked to Rob and it sounds like they plan on updating the menu next January and they plan on adding more gluten free items but it doesn't appear anything has changed with the soy sauce. Best to know they are willing to make things right but still be weary about any added sauces on any gluten free item.
My girlfriend and I, came in this past weekend and wanted to experience the advertised table side stone cooking but apparently it is only available for the steaks even if the meal is labeled stone cooked. We ordered the stone cooked Salmon and the Ahi Tuna. The Salmon was good but the Ahi Tuna has zero flavor outside of the tiny bit of sauce they provide decorating the plate. Seems like they try to go for showmanship before taste which the Ahi Tuna looked raw.
Both meals were labeled 'Gluten Free' which we intended to share since my girlfriend is gluten intolerant. Turns out the Ahi Tuna isn't entirely gluten free even tho it is labeled as such.
Also we ate in outdoor section which was nice but apparently it is right beside the staffs smoking station which is in clear sight and you can smell them smoking which on of the cooks started coughing, hacking, and possibly throwing up which was really disgusting and pretty obscene.
Safe to say, we will not be giving this place another go and for how expensive and small their menu is I would go to any other restaurant if you have any other choice. McDonalds is a much...
Read moreUntil the end, the service was really good. Brooke was my server, very attentive. Always a smile on her face. The other personnel were also cheerful. I was planning on having dessert, but Brooke brought me the bill without asking and then disappeared for quite some time. I finally had to get another waiter to request my dessert. It was ten or fifteen minutes later.
The presentation was really good. The burrata was exceptional. The walleye, which is what I mainly came there for was the least impressive. Way too much almond crust on it, to the point where there was more crust than there was fish. Two small pieces of fish, crust dark. The walleye was very dry. Overcooked? Asparagus was good. The skin on the baked potato was really tough. The lava cake and ice cream we're good.
Since the walleye was one of their highest priced dishes, I was expecting much better preparation.
Perhaps I got them on a bad day? Either way, it was my first time there and you don't get a second chance to make a first...
