I placed an online order to be picked up in this store, and someone else picked up my order before I was able to. I have been calling trying to get this resolved with no luck. Went in to the store today and was told they are waiting on a response from the district manager, that there was nothing the manager or anyone in the store could do until the district manager gave them clearance. They said they even have a replacement for my order sitting in the back of their store but can’t give it to me until they get that clearance, also said I couldn’t just get a refund. My husband called their store, spoke with the manager, and got the district manager’s phone number. He has been calling, texting, leaving messages with no response. Will keep trying, but they clearly don’t care here. Will never buy another thing...
