I usually don't write reviews on stores but I am literally so shocked right now. I was buying some home decor because they were on clearance and when I went up to pay she said those items were not on clearance so they called the manager and verified that there were no clearance signs up. Now I know that I saw clearance signs so I said you know what hold on let me go take a picture so I went back to take a picture and there was an associate who was rushing to take the clearance signs down and she was kind of staring at me out the corner of her eye trying to hurry and she was shoving them up her shirt!! So I went back up to the front and she was like rushing ahead of me to get to the manager first and then manager told me there was no clearance signs up they verified and I told her I saw that girl shoving signs of her shirt so the girl took the signs gave them to the manager And then the manager said I'm sorry the sale wasn't supposed to be up and I told her but there was signs up and you lied you went and had her take them down. End result was after a little bit of arguing she decided to honor the clearance price but I have never ever ever had someone do that before! I am still laughing about...

She makes her coworkers look bad by saying she will do something for a customer but not communicating to the team that she said she’d do that. I went in at closing to get some fabric. I didn’t know that Hobby Lobby didn’t take tap as a form of payment so she said she would make an acception to hold my things until 10:30am the next morning. I was there promptly at 10:15am to purchase my fabric and the morning manager (not sure their names but I don’t blame them for any of this) said they had put the things away this morning not knowing they’d be put on hold until 10:30. Shame on Jamie for having a sour attitude and lying to me and having bad communication and not caring!! Read moreRude employees and managers! Completely mind blown at their customer service! They do not care about their customers, and when they are in the wrong they go completely silent. Literally! Explained that we’re returning a sign that was literally just purchased a second ago because they had their sale pricing sign in the wrong area, aka right next to the item we bought. They then go absolutely silent, no apology, nothing! The head cashier? Maybe manager comes in and ask if there’s anything wrong with the item, we explained again, and she goes silent too! What on earth is happening? I’ve never had employees go mute with no apology? Bizarre, is it not in their Hobby Lobby religion to apologize? Ellie and Kira were the employees!
