Gentleman, go elsewhere that's my advice.
It was me and an older gentleman that walked into the store and this very rude attendant came by asking us if we need anything well I asked her to take a look at this sweater and to please find a price for it since it was missing a tag.
Not only did she not come back however she decided to go do something else and then when I found her, she then misplaced the sweater and then she kept quoting me different prices just making them up out of her head and then she kept accusing me of the items being mislabeled in the clearance section.
After belittling me for the items being in the wrong place in the wrong price she ended up looking up the items as I pulled out my phone and started looking up the items myself and then she started giving me everything at a much lower price when she realized that she must have made a mistake and she couldn't find the sweater that she originally went to go look for the price for then she had no idea where the credit card reader was and then she had to pull it out from the back and then for some reason she decided to put me in the front of the line ahead of everyone else making a very embarrassing situation.
She was very rude to the other older gentleman and I'm not really sure what her problem was but it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had in my life and I just can't even begin to explain to you the kind of embarrassment that I felt while being checked out by this person.
And at the very end of it I didn't get the sweater that I asked her to look the price for in fact she misplaced it. I think that's why she marked everything else down on my receipt.
Bottom line? Just go to Macy's and...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I recently purchased a mattress from jcp Vancouver, WA location and was assisted by an associate named Cindy who works in the window and home department. She was a nice lady. We laid on a mattress that had a soft sign on it. When we spoke to her she said the sign was incorrect and pulled it off and said “I don’t know why it’s here”. She continued to tell us that it’s only firm and medium and they don’t carry a soft. So we ordered the medium going with that she said. We even checked online to see for ourselves to see if they had a soft and it said they did. So we called her back to double check and she told us the same thing so we went with what she said. Finally got the mattress it was too hard as we had suspected. We returned it and was told we have to pay a restocking fee of 15% of whatever the mattress is. But it wasn’t our fault we got the wrong one. As we asked Cindy if they had a soft multiple times. So we had to call her back to get the stocking fee waved. I told her what happened. She said to me that never happened and said if you want to blame me that’s fine. Telling me she’s worked here for many years and knows what she is doing but had no idea and was confused when I was talking about the restocking fee. I never once was rude to her because I’ve worked and do work in customer service and I understand things happen. She had the worst customer service I have EVER had. She was very rude. Read moreI was there yesterday shopping for dresses with my daughter for her upcoming wedding. We both had a few items to try on. My daughter had 6 and I had 10. There wasn't anyone in sight of the dressing room (lower level near the mall entrance) as we approached the dressing room entrance there is a sign in clear view that says 8 items. My daughter and I saw the sign and as I was handing my daughter 2 of my items( so she could bring them to me later) this woman came running into the doorway, steps in front of me, and rudely yelled at me in my face YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 8 ITEMS! then goes to the sign and starts repeatedly tapping her finger on it. My arm was literally still in the air handing my daughter my 2 items looking at her in shock at her mean glare and demeanor. I told her I was just giving my daughter my extra items and... what is your name. She replied Ruby. I told her she was extremely rude and there was no reason for her to be yelling like that. Then she said Oh, well I have to yell cause I'm wearing a mask. This woman did NOT have to yell, she was literally in my face. The whole thing was totally uncalled for and rude. Not to mention embarrassing in front of my daughter. I don't think I'm gonna be going to this store any more if this is the type of people...
