Ruby Thai Vancouver Inc — Restaurant in Vancouver

I'm not going to this restaurant again. I chose one entree, then tried a sample and chose that entree, then I tried another sample and so then, the older lady who was helping me took the next lady's order instead of giving me my 3rd entree. And that lady even got to pay before me. Then she even tried to get the next persons order before getting my 3rd entree. The younger worker was getting the food for the customer after me before me as well. And no, I didn't take a long time. And no, they weren't very busy. 3 customers isn't stressful. Maybe they were mad because I tried 2 samples. I got the first sample to see if the food was too old because I know from going there somewhat often, that they like to serve old food for some reason. Trying to save money I guess. Instead of making that lady finish my order before taking the 3rd person's order, I should've just left. I've never had experienced that before, it was very rude.

Also the beef I got was extremely salty.

I forgot to mention, when she finally got my 3rd entree, she put it sideways on top of the big box which was ridiculous. She could've easily put it...

I see a lot of other people are getting sick with the food here. I have warned people this place is absolutely disgusting they don't follow any of the guidelines and I am going to report them now to the local health authorities. The really rude old lady in the front is getting worse and worse in her old age I believe she gets so angry if you ask her how fresh the food is or how long it has been out she starts to get rude. I have found out through sources they keep the old food as well and warm it up and serve it the next day please be careful people this place is not worth it for your health or to deal with the ridiculous horrible customer service. If you get food poisoning please report them. They should not be able to conduct business if they're not following rules. We could petition to get them out of the mall and put...

This was the only place with GF options that I loved. I looked past the lady in fronts rudeness a few times until today. Just so rude and doesnt care about cross contamination at all. Really heartbroken…dont know why she has such an evil attitude.

I have come here regularly for months and order the exact same thing. She was so rude on insisting what SHE thought I said was right even though she cut me off right off the bat! Then instead of just starting over fresh, she just dumped the food back in the trays and was going to put the right food on top, which if your GF, the cross contamination is a big no no. I know theres always a risk but come on…at least try a little. So I just said never mind and she scoffed and said something as I walked away. Whatever…Im never coming back and letting everyone I told about this place...
