Came to mall to try this place since so many were saying how impressed they were. I must say I have to agree their burgers are solid. Their speciality burgers are off the shelf creative and popping with flavors. Their service is top notch. They love their burgers and show it in their attention to detail. Everthing is made to order so it comes hot and fresh. The true classic is on point. Great bun that helps soak up the drippings. Great size patty thick but not too thick, fresh and not frozen, seasoned perfectly to add true flavor and not over cooked to allow juices to drip down the hand. We also got the Swiss and cheese. Very very tasty. The mushrooms were perfectly sized and the onions were seasoned to perfection. We got the chicken strips; which were fresh full pieces of chicken breast. Tempura batter and fried. With an Asian sauce. We got the sauce on the side since they were for our very picky son. Very solid; though some honey mustard could help take those past flavortown USA and straight to flavortown intergalactic. Again the owners were kind and so excited to cook up their burgers for us. The only average thing we ate were the fries. Don't get me wrong they were ok but they didn't stand out. They were a good addition to eat with the burger but nothing to write home to aunt sally or grandma about. I think with a little forethought they could truly bring a new dimension to their fries and truly have a grand slam. We were totally won over and will be back for more; this will be my go to place for a burger when the burger bug hits. I hope this places catches on like fire and they open a shop and keep it open a little later than the mall hours for those late night burger cravings because this place hits hard in all the right places and truly lives up to its name; smack...
Read moreNever had a favorite burger place in the NW in 27 years but I've got one now. Everyone was warm & inviting, aromatics were fantastic, presentation was perfect, everything from their sign art (Mario De Leon for their countertop art) to their personal merch was aesthetically pleasing enough that I had to ask about where to get one of their hats (spoiler alert: soon).
I ordered a double w/ fries and an extra side of fries for my kiddo (which was promptly devoured) I'm not sure if their ranch is in house but if so, bravo on that flavor profile. Their patties are probably 80-20 if I were to guess and perfectly tender (meaning they're probably only flipped once and handled minimally. If I were a betting man I'd say they also additionally season their burgers as they cook them) the topping size combined w/ the what I recall to be a brioche bun was unstoppable contrast (identifiable crunch with lovely brioche sweetness and cloud like texture) the sauce on their burger was the coup de grace. I finished it so fast I wanted another but I think they'da had to wheelbarrow me outta there by the time I finished a second one.
Price was perfect, I tipped 20% and felt it was more than fair, especially without how peak everything turned out. I urge you to tell your friends to try. If I could give ya'll a medal I would but I'mma just return and eat as much as I can! Thanks again for...
Read moreCan't give an accurate review because this happened: went there at 7pm (they close at 8pm, this is important later) on Saturday 3-22-25. Six people are standing in front of us in line, but there is no employee at the counter. Kinda odd. Stand there for a few minutes, wondering what was going on. Finally a frustrated looking dude comes out from the back area and talks to the people at the front of the line. They look not too happy and turn and leave, as do the couple in front of us. I ask him what happened and he says 30 minute wait. Huh? What? Yeah, thirty minute wait. I then ask the employee if that's true and how that's possible. He says there's only me and the cook and we are overwhelmed, too many orders, order if you feel like waiting. Welp, that's piss poor staffing/planning so off to Bless Your Heart burgers we go, which was pretty full but no line, and we had our orders promptly and it was Delicious, as it has been every time we have been there. I feel bad for wanting to try a different place, I guess that's karma! Bless Your Heart...
