Walmart — Local services in Vancouver

To me Walmart is like an addiction like the dollar store accept three of the stores in this town Vancouver ,have the crappiest clerks, the meanest clerks, they watch you like a hawk like you're a thief. when you're not. theytell you they're going to do something and they don't do it it's an awful place. The management needs to change their attitude on the way they train their people, because they have no respect for people at all . I've always heard the customer's always right these people argue with you about everything, especially exchanging something like you did it on purpose . I hate Walmart but unfortunately they have the best prices so far . Elderly people they really disrespect I needed to use the ladies room one day and has some clothes with me to change explain to them what was going on they grabbed my basket and took it out. And another time I brought him some cupcakes and something else I had bought the day before cuz I'm a shopper I shopped a lot and I was eating them and when I got ready to leave they asked me for the receipt I told him I'd already bought them we went round and round I threatened to call the police they even said that they saw me coming empty-handed on the cameras yeah they did but I wentto car 4 cigarette. Went in with my food that was mine. They refused to let me leave with my own food but I did anyway they did nothing. Then started treating my daughter the same way and other people I know my niece is got in an argument with someone almost every time she's been there. Cuz we know that's not the way to be I used to be a clerk and sales in my twenties I'm now 71 enough is enough. If you did a survey on probably get same thing. don't go there. But if you do keep in mind what I said and be careful it's more like going to the police department to visit someone where they're watching everything you do and think you're just like everyone else in the jail. I'm serious.they are bad news.!!!!! Maybe some of you can take your phone and when something comes up just click a button so they can get them on tape you'll see what I mean just sounds enough and they have those loudspeakers calling people all the time why don't they do it with peepers or something that's very annoying. But the one up on Mill Plain seems to be the best one out of the other ones. It's an Ok store, has finally mostly better friendlier workers but at times it'd help some customers when the workers walking around when not really busy, to possibly ask with a friendly smile if the customer would or might need help, sometimes stuff is so high up or way too low down, help is so appreciative!🌞. just wished a walmart supercenter could of been put in hazeldell too, we need stuff on this side of town too😁🙄, I know WinCo is near by, kind of, but aLot of people I've talked to that have randomly come up to me, also for wish a supercenter! To buy pretty much everything at one stop shopping trip, our other walmart supercenter is over around 10 miles or so away, aLot of folk don't have a car. Need the deli, bakery! With assistance. I am not understanding why Walmarts selling a brand called: "ONN' do not waste money on this brand! out of all honesty we've bought a few their products. I am not a rude person, but we've been a loyal customers but Walmart associates, PLEASE SOMEHOW STOP SELLING THAT BRAND! it's frustrating to deal with the electrical products such as radios of any kind have tinny terrible sound, the wireless headset I've bought, Seriously it had no range, I had to put the headset right next to my cell to work but it was bad, was terribly choppy barely heard every other word of what was being said. I pray the clothes line can please come back to the more normal comfy fit clothes women's sizes to fit proper and miss sizes too that we feel and look comfy and covered in! It's just not a style I and others feel works for some of us, I can't really buy clothes anymore at Walmart, very upsetting , miss the pretty design soft cotten tops/t-shirts, by jms(just my size)PJs have changed too! the jewelry assistance employees and the counter is gone!! Very missed!! But thankfully there's still jewelry to buy! I hope they can soon please have friendly and a lil better consistent help at the sewing/craft dept., Thankyou! No matter, we do appreciate you being there! But I hope maybe HR or an employee/employer can suggest too or help for customers to feel they can find better working known brands, that do work better. We went to the pharmacy earlier and were told my boyfriend's prescription would be ready in 1 HOUR- okay totally fine. We were told they take lunch at 1:30. We were to be back at 1:20. We were ON TIME and stood in the line by 1:24. 6 MINUTES till they close for lunch. There was one blonde woman helping a costumer in front of us, The blonde clerk looked up and told us a bit rudely "sorry guys. We're closed." She was pretty blunt. We shrugged it off and began to leave. As soon as we get out of line a secound brunette clerk came up and proceeded to help the gentleman that was BEHIND us. We stopped in our tracks and turned around, stating we were JUST told we couldnt be helped and that they were CLOSED, and Yet the person behind us was helped. Keeping in mind it was STILL NOT 1:30. She told us again they were closed, we argued that we came on time and were turned away yet you helped the man who came AFTER US. We were obviously upset and irritated. Eventually she begrudgingly helped us being extremely short. Rushing us to go on her lunch. Giving passive aggressive comments "I told you 1:20 -i told you 1:20". We were trying to just get his medicine and leave. The first blonde clerk was standing there tapping her foot extremely unprofessionally obviously annoyed with us. The pharmacist was already standing by the door trying to leave but we needed to know how to take the medication. She comes over even more annoyed. Puts her coat on the counter rudely and huffs shoving the pills in the bag quickly stating "2 a day with food" . She roughly hands my boyfriend the bag and then walks off. Purse in hand.

Everytime we have had to come to this pharmacy we have had rude service. This was the last straw. I dont know if they simply didn't want to help two younger adults and would rather rush through the older gentleman behind us and send us away. By the time we had finished and left the time was EXACTLY 1:30. I made sure to check. They had plently of time but couldnt be bothered to assist us in getting his medication.
