The clothes are cute that’s why I shop here, but today in the changing room I went to try on the clothes like I usually do. I hung my shirt on the hook, but it accidentally fell off. I went to pick it up and was about to put it on when I noticed it fell in something on the ground, whatever it was caused my shirt to be covered in it.It was on the inside of my shirt so I definitely wasn’t going to put it on and have that stuff all over my body. I told the lady that worked there and she was really apologetic and went to get the manager, she came back and told me he was on the phone. I waitied standing there for 10 minutes trying to get out of there so I could go home. The manger comes up to me, and I tell him what happened and explained to him whatever is on the floor messed up my shirt. Do not shop at top to bottom if you're trying to use any kind of NFC payment even if you try to use Samsung pay which works anywhere that a mag-stripe works they refused to allow me to use it based on claiming the owner of the top to bottom business refuses to allow Samsung or Google pay and only allows someone to use Apple pay? I used Samsung pay several weeks ago at the same store and had no issues but was forced to leave the store not once but two separate times because they refuse to allow me to use Samsung pay. This is a complete disrespect and horrible customer service, they've already set up their system to work with NFC payments and they chose to walk away from several hundred dollars worth of sales from me multiple times and all because I want to protect my identity and/or credit card info from being stolen! Terrible experience. Went in to order some logos to be put on my shirts for my business. Was told by the guy that I would get a call when ready, usually before 7pm which is their closing time. I called at 6:45 to see if they were ready and the guy had already left ,without giving me a call. Not only that ,but as I spoke to the lady who answered the phone I asked if I can stop by within the next 5min. and she said no, because it seems they dont close at 7pm. She explained how they close before 7pm because they need to clean up and be able to leave early. So if you come make a purchase here, be sure you don't come after 6:45pm on a Sunday. Because it will be close since workers there need to leave early and the store will be closed.
