Willows — Local services in Vancouver

I gave five stars my last review, I came back to update my review. The girls working here make me not want to shop here anymore and im sure im not the only one. Very VERY rude girls. Make the shopping experience horrible. The clothes are cute- most at a very fair price. The girls will follow you around, pester you and be rude, sneer and glare at customers, the girls act like you are in their way. The last time I was there a girl asked me if I wanted to start a fitting room, i did. I was trying my clothes on and she kept asking me how im doing when i was only trying on 3 shirts, not taking that long. I said im good thank you! Then I opened the curtain when I was done and she was sitting by my dressing room the whole time, freakin creepy and rude. When you get even near the cash register ARE YOU READY TO GO? ARE YOU READY TO CHECK OUT? In a sneery voice. Seriously...

First time I have been disappointed in the service here. I am a huge supporter of small businesses and I go out of my way to buy locally. I came in and found a cute romper on the sale rack for my daughter and upon getting it home we found a tear in the item and so I went to return it to the shop for a credit or exchange for another one but they didn’t have her size. The little gal at the counter indicated that was the reason it was on sale and they don’t accept returns, I explained it doesn’t say that on the receipt and that I shop there quite a bit she said well it’s there policy on the receipt or not. The store has some really cute stuff however, it is overpriced. They don't carry that many sizes that fit more curvy women. I have hips and a bust so it felt like I didn't have many options. I felt like an outsider shopping there because I need to wear an extra large for tight fitting jackets and they don't carry it . The sweaters are nice and that was the only thing I liked in the store. The tanks and pants are made for only super skinny women . Why not cater to all body types ? I'm not fat but, this store made me feel fat . I'm a large up top and wear 13-14 so yeah it felt discouraging to shop here.
