When hungry we come to a place to be served good food and good service and I have to say this is not the place for either. Not only did the employees tell me that 4 pieces of Broccoli and 3 small pieces with 4 or 5 super small pieces of meat for the Broccoli Beef supposed to be like that, but what really got me was the manager on shift tried their best to avoid trying to fix this situation when we brought it to their attention and the employee wanted nothing to do with wanting to help us out. *We asked for more meat and there was one excuse after another until finally they gave in and gave a little bit more Beef and Broccoli.

Having 8+ years of managerial experience myself their responses to this matter was very unprofessional and needs to be addressed Highly Recommend that you address this ASAP before it gets out of hand. We had ordered an Ubereats order and when our order arrived, we barely got any food. When we called the restaurant, the woman on the phone named Sophie stated that she apologized for the mistake they made and said that we could come in to the restaurant to fix it. So we drove there, walk in, and she claims that the employee who made our food was sure he put the correct amount of food in, as that exact employee stared rudely at us. The fact is, he didn’t. We are never the type to complain but the amount of food that came in our order was small and we know it. And then the fact that Sophie said to come in and promised to get it fixed, but when we arrived there was no resolution at all was ridiculous and a waste of our time. We will not be returning due to the extremely poor customer service skills and lack of care for what the orders look like as they go...

I like certain menu items enough to keep coming back but every chance they get they rip you off by shorting you on the more expensive components like shrimp or beef, I mean REALLY short you to where there is just a tiny amount when you ordered the Large portion and then fill up the rest with noodles/rice. It really is galling.. Just today I ordered honey walnut shrimp medium a la cart, and they put it in the smallest container and slapped on a sticker that said 'medium size'. I think the manager thinks he is being a brilliant genius doing this but make no mistake it will have the opposite effect, my darling...
