We went to Red Robin for my oldest sons birthday as it's his favorite place. We went to this location for the first time, I liked how it was smaller and a little more cozy than the other huge locations. Everyone was really nice, for it being pretty busy. Normally I wouldn't write a review over this, because it happens at every red Robin, and just about everywhere else I try that has a Cobb salad. I simply want the entire salad tossed together, I don't want it pretty, I simply just want everything mixed together with the dressing. Nobody, it's not just red Robin, Nobody can do this. I told the nice waitress Maria, I want them to plate the salad dump it in a big bowl add the dressing toss it, and put it back on the plate. Just to make sure everyone understood that I want the salad tossed not separated looking pretty. One would think its a simple request, it's less work than trying to make it look beautiful on a plate, especially when it's so busy. Again no restaurant can get this right, so im not mad about it. Just more annoyed that it can never be done right. Again not a big deal, I just don't like trying to mix everything up at the table, and make a mess trying to mix it. So I just didn't eat my food while my family enjoyed their meals. My grief isn't that the salad was not how I asked, its that Maria after stopping by multiple times never once asked how the food was, nor ask why I have not touched the salad. The salad is good once i take it home, and mix it up, but the lack of attention just...
Read moreWe called the restaurant directly to place a To-Go order. We called when we pulled up and were told "We don't bring orders out to the car, you need to come in." We asked why the sign said they would bring it out and they made it sound like they were doing us a favor by agreeing to bring it out. It was sprinkling, so I'm sure that played into them not wanting to come outside. After several minutes of waiting, my mom decided to go in. At this point they tried to charge us more than double what we should have owed. After several minutes of arguing and being told she was wrong, my mom told them to forget it and walked out. As she walked out an employee, who turned out to be a manager, followed her and tried to explain that we ordered incorrectly. When we explained how and what we ordered, she then blamed the 800 call number for taking the order incorrectly. At that point, I told her that I called her location directly and spoke to someone in her restaurant to place the order. She finally agreed that someone did something wrong and offered to give us our order for the price we were originally supposed to get it for. Oh.....and they gave us a cup of extra fries too. Doesn't the fry look delicious. I will never visit this Red...
Read moreDONT DO IT.. Just dont. Been here a few times and this last time just stuck the fork. Have come here due to the low customer turn out when I do come here. 1st time, hour for food and 1 table of 8 in the place which apparently took all 3 servers to handle. 2nd time took 1 hour for food. Approximately 16 people in building customer wise. This last 3rd time 5 tables no more than 3 per table. 15 people. Food took over an hour. Forgot about people that walked past to and from the kitchen. Servers eat in customer view. Dont get upset if you see it because you wont be able to tell if they are breaking or not. Keep very calm. Kill free time. And dont expect anything more than not even a free appetizer. Just $5 off an appetizer. No discount bill if you feel like your wait is too long or food is cooked incorrect. Not to mention paying is a chore itself. I'm wondering if they get a lot of dine and dash- UNREAL! Every time you come if there is a mistake there will be an excuse met with no gratitude on YOUR behalf for waiting. Make sure if they decide to randomly take the battery out of the pay machine you scream your rewards phone number. If you write it they...
