This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced a anywhere. I have been three times and once they tried not to take my return (tags attached, with a receipt, etc.). Second time they just acted like I was an inconvenience but nothing crazy. Today they had the door locked several minutes before closing… I just was going to return my cart but I guess getting it from the parking lot is more convenient for the employees that want to close early. Makes sense. Honestly will go out of my way to avoid the place. Last thing - calling out this lady I saw harassing and refusing to serve a perfectly nice customer because she wanted to close early. His return would have been done much quicker...

This HomeGoods is a wonderful place to shop. Organized and stocked and rarely do you see a mess when seasonal changes occur—always keeping the customer in mind. A Great front end keeps the line moving especially on Mondays! Brenda runs a great store and I know her employees think highly of her. I love shopping here and appreciate the dedication this team has to delivering a solid shopping experience day in and day out. I always visit several times a week.
