Offered to sell them over $4000 worth of exotic parrot feathers at a large wholesale price only to be ignored after the first email exchange. When I finally got ahold of them over a week later, I was excited to tell them I had another 60some hyacinth feathers to add to the 600+ feathers I already had but before I could, they dismissively told me they weren't interested. I was more than willing to negotiate for the whole lot but they didn't even let me get to that part.

Unbelievable! Just TRY to contact them by email. I tried after talking to them on the phone' I was told to email pictures. Their server rejected toe emails for 4 days! I have never even heard of an email being rejected. But to conduct business that way is unconceivable. They finally answered and said they would be out of the office for 5 days. REALLY???????? I am still waiting for an answer it's been a week. What would you do?

I called about getting ostrich plumes custom dyed twice and both times I spoke to very nice ladies that were very accommodating, answered all of my questions, and have my order history from 2 years back which is convenient for my poor memory. I was worried about them being shipped since I’m on the other side of the country, but the packaging was well done and secure so the large feathers were not damaged by their long trip.
