Saturday Fisherman’s Market Ventura — Local services in Ventura

Only three venders there when we visited, not sure if there would be more on other Saturdays, but the seafood looks awesome and the price pretty affordable compared to other markets and the restaurants. It was quite chaotic though. Lots of shoppers but no clear order. Each vendor seems to have their own rules. Quite confusing. Some people got there way before the market opened and ordered whatever they wanted and picked them up as soon as the place was open. That seems like the best way to go to make sure you get what you want. It also saves time. Think about lining up for the market to open and then another line to pick your seafood. That's not efficient. The market should put this information on their website so people know there's the option of preorder. That way they only need to line up for picking up the order.
