I had a really disappointing experience at this frozen yogurt place. The girl at the counter had an awful attitude rolling her eyes, acting like we were bothering her, and not answering basic questions. It felt like she didn’t want to be there at all. On top of that, communication was extremely difficult, and it made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. I’m all for patience, but when someone is working the front counter, they should at least be able to communicate clearly with customers.
