Panda Express — Restaurant in Ventura

On 04/16, between 3 - 4:30 pm, when I ordered at the store, one of worker, Kaith, he touched directly my ordered food, and I complained him; however, he seems does not understand about some hygiene issues. Due to my work trip, I tend to drive/ fly to a different state; however, I'm wondering why all the Panda Express do not use the gloves when hadndling ready-to-eat food in all different states. I like Panda cus it's a quick and easy lunch when my busy work. I think that wearing gloves is good to prevent those contamination. The food was great but the service was horrible I’ve never seen such bad service . As someone who works in fast food too I understand the frustration but being rude to your customers and innocent kids is just sad. They were running out of forks which I get but refusing to give people forks and expecting us to eat with our hands is just rude.The way they told us was just rude too and it wasn’t just me but everyone else . I can’t say enough how rude the workers were even the manger. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order while the manger was doing an online order and talking shit with the other worker about other customers. While I waited 10 minutes the line was all the way back to the play structure and she was only doing online orders everytime they came in. Once she finally took my order they only had an option of orange chicken and shrimp. Said it was a 30 minute wait for everything else because it all went to the online orders. Never...
