Updated, May 31, 2021 They do not give accurate arrival estimates. According to what we were first told our sectional should have been here weeks ago. My wife was told it would be here in May. That's why we went with them. We contacted them in early May and they kept saying 6 to 8 weeks, it had already been more than 6 to 8 weeks. Then he says it should be the end of June. That is over 8 weeks from when we called in early May. They called back a week later to say it would be the end of July. By this time I was DONE hearing my wife get the run around so I called. I called and was given the same contradictory info. I asked for weekly updates, and said I'd give a 1 star review for each week I didn't receive an update. It wasn't until I followed through that they contacted either of us. Today, the lady was upset because I gave an accurate review and did what I said I would. She was full on gaslighting my wife telling saying she never said May that my wife must have misheard and that she never said that. This is a full on falsehood. Today she said end of July begging of August, until challenged, then said it's still on schedule for end of July. The negative reviews stand until we get consistent updates, or the sectional gets here. The owner called and did his best to make things right. Including a full heartfelt and direct apology. Read moreI’m not very happy with Marsen, my daughter and I have spent a few thousand dollars at this furniture store just since July of last year and my last interaction has left a sour taste in my mouth for them. I will no longer be doing any business with them. In February we went in and purchased a living room set and were told the end table was not going to be available for a couple weeks, okay fine… then the end of March I called and was told that the end table and coffee table would not be in until sometime in April, probably the end of April but here we are May 5th and I just called and they are now telling me a few more weeks. Read moreThe store was clean and nicely set up, they weren't trying to be super fancy on angling furniture they kept it basic which made it so much easier to actually see the options available and get a good look at things. They did everything possible to get us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted! On top of that huge shout out to the guy who helped load up our truck he and my husband were able to get the entire 6 piece sectional loaded up nicely done! we got to go home with our new couch!. They don't lease out their furniture which was a huge factor for me. I personally (with 2 little people) don't want to buy something that I don't know where it's been or what's been on it.
