As many of you have gone to dealers where you live or travel you often find that one motorcycle that you just can’t walk away from we recently went to vernal Utah and found BEERS HARLEY when we first walked in we was met Randy he was great no pressure type answered all my questions then showed me a used bike that I fell in love with I explained that I lived 1300 miles away and staying at hotel that I was just not able to buy anything he talked a while and ask if I would like to ride it at first I said no cause this being the 5th Harley I couldn’t say no sooo I agreed to ride it and just like that we set down done the paperwork this being Easter weekend and knew they were closed Sunday and Monday Randy agreed to come back to his store on Easter Sunday and opened up and let me bring bike back he agreed to let me keep it there for next 40 days cause I was working 7 12 hour days I called later and ask if they could put new tires and when I got there they had installed new brakes at same time now not many dealers that I have been to and bought bikes from would take care of things like that and not to mention that he came in Easter Sunday after 5:30 to open back up and store my bike well the day finally arrived we were going home and when we got there they offered to clean it up before we loaded it I declined the offer and said our goodbyes Randy told me that Harley was trying to shut small dealers down !!!only if they knew that is what makes them money and happy customers I would highly recommend this dealer if your ever there just stop in and say hi buy something and Harley Davidson this is top tier dealer please don’t shut them out
Thanks for everything...
Read moreThe wife and I are on a multi state trip and we’re in this town of Duchense, Utah when the bike started shaking. Come to find out it was my rear tire. Either the heat or it was a bad tire. I only had 8k on the tire that I bought last year from a dealership in So Cal. I’ll be dealing with them later.
Anyways I was about an hour away from Beers H-D. I called them up and they had the tire in stock. I limped the bike over to them. The staff were very helpful. The service Dept got me done in a reasonable time. Considering I had just called an hour before hand. While waiting we checked out the dealership. It’s a smaller dealership with a limited selection of H-D bikes but seems to have all the regular H-D extras on their wall like the bigger dealerships do.
I had a chance to speak with the owner. He was extremely welcoming and we got to talking about H-D news and stuff. He was very nice and gave us some helpful routes on our way out of town.
Like I said it’s a small dealership but I like the feel of that smaller dealership. They aren’t trying to cram something down your throat like parts or a bike. It definitely gives you that small town feel.
If your in the area, passing through or in a jam call Beers H-D of...
Read moreUnfortunately I laid my motorcycle over, damaged a few things but was mainly cosmetic damage thankfully. While they had my bike for just over a month the staff worked with me and even mounted a phone mount that I brought in. Rusty gave me some very helpful advice and made sure my bike was returned to me the day I asked. They were friendly, and very much driven to make sure the customer is happy with the service. Jill helped me pick out a replacement windshield and gave her input in the matter without pushing her opinion. Mechanics were very friendly and answered all the questions I had, and even gave a few piece of advice for maintaining my bike. These guys are a small town business with a big country heart. Highly recommend going and seeing them for accessories, and maintenance...
