T.J. Maxx — Local services in Vernal

TJMAXX wahoo! I love to find a good TJMAXX or any sister MAXX stores. I work in this area often and love to pop in and see what's new. I do want to say that since COVID I struggle finding clothes at this store. Most everything feels very picked over or it is clothes that are 5 seasons old. I don't blame the MAXX for this I think it is truly another bi product from the pandemic so I am giving them a break for the lack of available goods. PLEASE bring back the availability of using the try-on dressing rooms, I know that COVID brought on new regulations but most stores are going back to business as usual please just allow people to use the rooms at their own risk. I also want to say the greeter at the front is not fabulous but it is her job to push masks even though not one person is wearing them in the store other than the workers. I do love that I can find items each time I visit. The store is clean and most often well organized. I have seen workers actually organizing items....

Very friendly staff but our tj Maxx is not very family friendly. The boys and men's section is terrible. This is not the fault of the employees but that of the corporate office. They chose the women's/girls massive jewelery, shoes and accessories section over the boys/men's shoes/ clothes. That is the reason I was given in an email. It's unfortunate because my family rarely shops here because of it. We have 2 boys and no girls. But...... Every once in a while, there's something worth buying, but the way things are priced is pretty high for a discount store.

The managers here could be nicer to the employees and even customers. I've overheard the way they speak to people, and it's not nice.

All of the regular employees I have I talked with have been friendly, helpful, and nice.
