Wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is a joke. My husband and his buddy went to work out shortly after signing up. My husband's fob would not work, so his buddy had to let him in seeing as it was 5 am and no office people were there. The buddy then receives an email threatening to fine him $250 for "tailgating" someone in. That would be reasonable seeing as they do warn you of tailgating when you sign up and there are signs on the door. However, it's not tailgating when both people PAY FOR MEMBERSHIPS. The buddy replied and informed them of the situation. This is where it went all wrong. Instead of apologizing or understanding, Rachel Vargas (the owner) emailed back and forth with his buddy arguing and being very unprofessional, which resulted in her canceling his membership. We are not impressed at all. Let me mention, Rachel knows my husband and his family. Seeing the way she treated someone she knows this way, not that it would be okay otherwise, was all we needed to cancel his membership for good. Going in to cancel could have been their last saving grace as a business, but was only more disappointing. The guy defended their actions further and took it as a personal offense. The gym is good, with good equipment and options for a complete workout. However, their fob didn't work, and I was accused of tailgating when I was showing up with another member of the gym. Their user agreement doesn't allow you to comfortably do a month to month membership because you have to give a 30-day notice if you want to cancel your membership for the next month forcing you to pay for 2 months.
