Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Vernal

Not only are there prices out of this world, but the staff sucks too! I ordered a decaf coffee and there was definitely caffeine in there. I have terrible kidney problems and an extremely low tolerance to caffeine, because of said kidney issues. I only know it has caffeine because now my kidneys feel like they are going to explode, not only that but now I'm very sick from the caffeine. Please pay attention to what people are ordering otherwise you could get someone like me extremely sick. They also did not label the drinks I got, I had gotten 2, one with caffeine and one "without." The one with caffeine had way more caffeine in it so if I were to have drank that I could have gotten even more sick than I am now. I had to have my boyfriend test them for me just so we could Differentiate them, even he said they both tasted like they had caffeine. I do not drink coffee enough to know which one was which, I only know from the harsh taste of caffeine I try to regularly avoid....

This morning I went to beans n brews located in vernal, Utah.

I got my best friend a pumpkin pie chai drink with cinnamon chilled. I bought the drink and a tumbler for her because she loves rose gold. Beans n brews were so nice, I explained I needed a drink that she would like and that I didn't know what to get, I explained what things she likes and they came up with that. She had a horrible few days with her partner. He had been cruel and abusive, and she was hurting. I wanted to cheer my friend up. The wonderful girls there even offered to wash the tumbler and put the drink in it, so we did that. Then they threw in some free donuts and wrote on the bag for her. I'll show you. It was really an amazing morning. I wanted to reach out and say thank you to your company and to the amazing employees who work for you. They really helped cheer up not only my friends day,...

Ordered 2 coffees to go! First of all I could barely hear them speak when I ordered! Second my Niece got her coffee n the barista said it would be just a minute for my Americano! Seen her set it by the other barista who took over the window I waited a few secs n no response to my drink being there, finally after a few minutes I honked my horn to get her attention, still no response, honked a 2nd time still no response finally I got PISSED n wailed on my horn till someone came to the window finally the barista that originally took my order opened the window n YES I RUDELY demanded my coffee n told them that they would never make it in WASHINGTON as a barista being as RUDE as they were! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone in their right mind who would want their morning coffee in a fast n friendly...
