First time working with Flick's instead of the big box stores. What a great experience. Bryan was very easy to work with and communicated with me on the level that I needed. I knew what appliance I wanted but he asked the right questions to confirm all the details about color, features, etc.
Bryan helped walked me through a couple of steps to put down the down payment to get the order started and sent me a guide to measure our space for the date of install. The product wasn't available locally but he was able to source this quickly and had scheduled the install a few days later.
The installer came and was very polite. I had made a mistake about whether our appliance was hardwired but the installer was able to pivot and installed an outlet for me. What a relief having a really expert installation process.
We're very happy for the experience and will be working with Flick's again in the future when we need appliances and we'll be joining the chorus of people who always have good things to say about them. Thank you, Bryan, and installer (sorry, I forgot your name but you were awesome!)...

The refrigerator at our cottage died last week. On Saturday morning I went to Flicks to see what they had in stock, and to discuss delivery and removal of the old unit.
The sales help was great - the listened to my requirements and showed me several fridges that would meet our need. I bought the unit and paid for delivery and removal of the old unit. They could fit me in on Wednesday for delivery. When I was driving back to our cottage, they called me to say that their delivery team could deliver right away - as they knew we were in desperate need.
Getting the new unit from our parking area into our cottage entailed going down a 10% grade, on a rough gravel path for about 30 yard and then up a narrow walkway to the kitchen door. The delivery team made this look easy. They carefully removed the old unit and installed the new one - ensuring that no debris was left. The new unit is working great!

I have used Flicks in the past for service on my double oven with positive results in which the issue was repaired. Unfortunately recently that wasn't the case. Three service visits and OVER $ 500.00 later and I still don't have a second oven. The reason for hiring a Professional repair person is to diagnose the problem and repair the item. NOT throw parts into it and hope for the best. If you took your vehicle to a repair garage you would expect them to know what the problem is and repair it. Not say gee sorry that didn't work.
