I asked this shop to inventory a very sought out mountain bike, that I could feel confident in dropping into a medium-sized frame, with no money down. This is during the worst time in bike supply history. Well, it got sold before it made it to the Verona Trek store. When the manager discovered what happened, she immediately jumped into action in finding another bike and an option of a better one to try. I loved and purchased her suggestion. All three managers bent over backward to accommodate me. From suspension advice and setup, to personal contact points like the best performing pedals for my type of riding, or the most stylish practical water bottle holder for my frame. It's great in today's times to still have a bike shop in Verona, that only sells quality products and doesn't rip you off on service and little tweaks. I took my bike in to get some work done, one of which was new tires that were better suited for gravel. After I got my bike back, I realized the tires were very low (around 40 psi) so I pumped them up. When fully inflated, the new tires were too big to roll under the fenders. When I took it back, they were nice enough to put smaller tires on, but they just put on whatever they had in stock - which were road bike tires - nothing with the tread I need gravel even though I reminded them of this. At this point, I decided to just be done with it and buy tires somewhere else. The next morning when I was going to go out for a ride, my tire was flat! Evidently they pinched a tube. Also, three of the employees behind the counter were not wearing masks. Needless to say, I will not be back. What I can say in favor of them is that their service was quick, especially when most bike shops are backed up...

bought several bikes and recommended several friends over the past few years always good experience. Until now, they had my bike over six months for warranty, up charged me on almost everything. bike I received not what I expected paint chips they admitted their mechanic must have done to front shock may need oil but they didn't check said if it doesn't start working right bring it back we'll add it.
