Primal Pigment — Attraction in Verona

We had my nieces 13th party there and it was not a great experience. First and foremost it was freezing inside. Asked about heat and they looked at us as if we were crazy. The music that they were playing at first was very. I asked for the station to be changed but then volume was increased so loud that I had to ask for them to turn the volume down so we could hear each other. No lighting it was very dark and dank. No paper towels or any paper products to wipe the excess paint off when the kids were done. They had overbooked the space so we were not able to celebrate her the way we wanted. They did not explain to the kids to paint their pictures first and then play. They just stated that since they had used all the paint there will be extra charges for additional paint. To have something to do it may be fun but to have a party there I would never. I am truly disappointed in the service that...

We had a party of 4 and we had a blast! We even had a little 5 year old in tow and the staff was very nice and understanding with her. Keith was who helped us tonight and he was amazing and very friendly!! Give that man a raise!!

The painting room is so much fun! We were all given our own little saftey suits and got to pick our eye wear from their four options. You are also able to get paint refills but we didn't feel the need to. I would also suggest to wear clothes you dont mind getting a few tiny splatters on, the paint is washable but we all accidentally wore white lol! I'll have to visit again! We went for my friend's birthday and it was a blast! Our "paint master" was CJ and he was very informative, fun and very nice! He also was great with my almost 2 year old so thats always a plus! He even decorated our boxes that our canvases came in and just made our experience unique and not like everyone else's! Definitely recommend coming here even if you aren't celebrating anything...
