Pittsburgh Event Studio — Local services in Verona

I absolutely recommend Pittsburgh Event Studio. After canceling our 100 person wedding reception at the last minute due to COVID, we decided to put together a much smaller reception with about 20 people. This space was a perfect blank canvas to work with, although it does come with some very neutral decorations (crates, potted plants) that we ended up using along with our own decorations. It also has a nice refrigerator, high quality tables and chairs, and a big closet to store anything you’re not using out of sight. The bathroom was spacious and clean and came with everything we needed.

I communicated with Sarah, the owner, and she was excellent. Very timely responses, which I really appreciated since this wedding reception was so last-minute. There was absolutely no stress with the venue from start to finish. I even asked to add extra time in the morning for set up, and Sarah was able to accommodate that on super short notice. She was even kind enough to give us a considerable discount on the extra time. She also drew a diagram for me to find the nearby parking lots and gave me a heads up for the Farmer’s Market that was happening across the street at the same time so we could work that into our planning. Sarah really went above and beyond for us.

I hosted a bridal shower for my best friend at Pittsburgh Event Studio. I live approximately 2.5 hours away, so I was anxious about renting anything I wasn't familiar with. I must say this was the perfect venue. The customer service was great; timely responses back and forth with questions, emails and contract info. Kind, professional. Simple booking. Our event ended up totaling around 30 guests. It was a comfortable space for the number of people. Some things that everyone LOVED: Climate control was impeccable Lighting was able to be dimmed to your liking The kitchen is kind of tucked away behind partial walls for privacy The tables were beautiful as is (we used lace runners without covering) Adequate outlets Clean, minimal decor to suite any style Easy access entry with code sent prior to event date

I booked with Sarah at Pittsburgh event studio! Due to covid we ended up canceling. But i wanted to write the review just simply on how easy it was from the beginning to book online from just the amazing communication. Sarah was very professional straight forward and I will forsure be booking again with her! I personally was recommended from a friend who used this location and said the same exact thing! A lot of places are cancelling during this time with really not enough notice. However the Sarah left that up to me to decide! And for that i am so greatful! I cant Say Thankyou enough!!!
