I called on this morning 01/30/2023 to make a payment at 10:52 am and yes I was a lil irritated because I was in the middle of handling other business. What I didn't like about whomever the young man was is the fact that instead of taking the payment he questioning me and I'm telling him I'm trying to make a payment and I also asked if there was anyone else there to take the payment. The young man tells me no if you're gonna beat them up over the phone and this is a friendly store, so I then said to him I didn't care about that because it was definitely irrelevant because all I was doing is trying to make a payment, the young man response to me was I know you don't care I'm just letting you know this is a friendly store. So you all need to let him know if/when he hears in a person voice that they're upset it's not his place to go back and forward with them his job is to just take the payment. To be honest I do not like the store and I've heard so many others from Vicksburg say they don't like the store because of the customer service.
