I placed my second order with Glowe Apothecary during the birthday sale on October 10, 2025, and I was beyond excited to try out some new items since my first experience was exceptional. The quality, the scent, and the amount of product for the price all exceeded my expectations.

There was a slight delay in shipping due to the influx of orders, which was completely understandable, and the communication throughout that process was outstanding. Today, when my order arrived, I noticed that one of my body butters was missing. I sent an email at 5:26 PM to let the team know, and by 5:29 PM my phone was ringing. On the other end was the sweetest voice Natalie, the owner herself.

In what world does a customer service issue get a personal phone call in three minutes with a full resolution? In a time where most businesses rely on bots, outsourced representatives, or people with no real investment in the brand, this level of attentiveness is rare. Natalie was kind, sincere, apologetic, and most importantly, genuinely grateful for my continued support of her small business. She even remembered that this was my second order and proudly mentioned that I was her first customer from Missouri.

I was directed to make a purchase from this company by a friend. I made a small purchase of two bars of soap in January 2023. After not receiving my soap by February 16th, I sent an email to only receive a response that the entire shipment that my soap was included in was stolen and they would replace it. Once again, I received an email in March saying my soap would be sent out March 10th-18th. I allowed the entire month of April to pass before I again contacted the company about not receiving my soap. I was informed the general manager had taken ill. I simply just asked for a full refund.
