I went through the drive thru (there has been an issue with my food every time I’ve gone since summer 2023.) My chicken sandwich had fat all throughout and on the sides… my son’s chicken nuggets seemed like they sat there all day, and my fries were hard and cold. I’ve tried to go at different times to see if it would be better- the answer is NO! Flowood Chick-fil-A would not serve food like this!!! Nor would even Clinton! This is ridiculous!! I will not be returning. If I have a taste for it, I guess I will make the drive to one that cares about what they serve out of that window! Read moreOne of the most dreaded things I am called to do as a parent is to 'go out with the team to eat' after a game. But of course we as parents do what we need to do. Such was the case this past Friday night (9-7-22). The team and parents decided to eat out together at CFA in Vicksburg. And I thought to myself, well, better choice than in weeks past but I'm certain under these stressful circumstances (all the team and all the parents and all the friends) even CFA is going to cave into the bad attitude and poor service. But I was so pleasantly surprised. The CFA team on staff that night served each and every one of us as though we were the only person in the store. And from what I could tell, they got the orders correct down to the last CFA sauce and extra ketchup request. Read morePoor customer service,. Lies, and greasy food. Called in to the care line for the owner to contact me and it's been 4 days now with no reply. This is not typical of chick fil a. I think in 100+ visits this is the only time I have had poor service. It's also the only time I have ate at this location. Maybe there is a connection... I will give it 3 more business days and contact the BBB for assistance in getting a refund for the food I returned.
To the owner or manager who may respond. Please do not insult me with a canned statement of how much you value my feedback and how you will use it to the betterment of this location. That is simply insulting because a customer shouldn't have to complain and provide a negative review. You as a owner, manager or simply an employee know what needs to be done, know how to do it and simply in this instance choose not to.
