Read moreIf I could give no stars I would ! This is the 3rd and last time we will be disappointed. Never again will we return here. We attended last Sunday, my mother in Law was down to pick up her new vehicle my husband and I bought for her, so it was her place of choice being we don't have one back at home. The food was verily warm and none of our steaks were cooked properly like not even close! All my Hubby wanted was the steak. He ordered a medium well steak and sit was rare. Took it back and gotten another rare steak. Finally He said he just isn't going to eat because everyone at the table was already done after being highly disappointed. I asked for a manager and to be refunded for just his meal because he literally only wanted a steak and couldn't even get one. The manager came over and just insisted on making him a steak. This took over 30 minutes while I understand he was trying to make it right but after denying his offer 3 times because we wanted to go we just said ok because he wasn't going to stop. Anyways he cooked the steak brought it over it still wasn't cooked right but my hubby told him it was good just to get him to leave. Read moreThe food was good. The salad was good. My waitress. Meh. She only cared mostly about her conversations with other co-workers. She never topped off our drinks. Yes she took empty plates off the table. She asked only twice if we needed anything. But it was when we didn't need anything. She could clearly see drinks that needed filling. Stopped caring about my group after fifteen minutes. And we were never asked for assistance again. The cashier? Now that lady was rad. She was the only one who smiled at customers. I get it everyone was tired. But she was the only one who gave great customer service and was friendly and nice because she wanted to. Unlike my waitress where she was acting friendly for the job. So with that being said. I always tip. I was going to give my waitress $25. Seems fair for working on Labor Day. Nah. She only got $5. The cashier got $20 and all she did was register the meal. I explained why I was giving it to her. She was happy. And it was because she was friendly and had a smile even though they were all tired.
