We were in dire need of a suit for our upcoming wedding. We came 3 months out to get fitted. The girl who measured my fiancé kept seeming very unsure, and we were told after that they don't receive the suit until the Wednesday before your event, which already seemed like a bad idea. A few weeks later, I decided to call and get my fiancé remeasured. Measurements were all off by a few inches. Then the wedding week comes and we pick up the suit. To say he was SWIMMING in the suit, is no exaggeration. He wears a size 38 pants and they ordered 44, jacket he wears a 48 and they ordered a 54. It was truly ridiculous. Then they had a to overnight a new suit, which luckily came in the next day. Things were still bigger than he would have liked, but we had no choice at the time, as we were flying out for our wedding in 2 days. Then when we went to return it at the store, we came when the store was supposedly open (11am on Fri.) no one was there, calls when straight to voicemail. A future bride and her family were all gathered outside to wait as well. Unfortunately the employee took 20 minutes to arrive at the store and we waited to drop off the suit, however the bride and her family left. I just don't think this establishment is run very professionally, and you will continue to lose business if you keep it up. Just a horrible way to do business. Would not order another suit from them. I was told by a salesperson that the sample dresses are stretched out due to so many people trying them on. If that’s the case then why wasn’t I advised that I might want to consider ordering a size larger? Terrible customer service during my dress fitting and when I picked up my dress after alterations were done. Apparently my dress came with optional straps that I wasn’t even told about, and needed. The dress did not fit well at all. The hem of my beautiful dress looked like a child trimmed it with scissors. I ended up paying for alterations at Bliss and still ended up having to take the dress somewhere else to have the straps put on it. I didn’t go back to Bliss because the customer service was so bad. My daughter who is from out of town also went to Bliss to get her matron if honor dress and a flower girl dress and was treated so unfriendly she left without buying any dresses. She...

She was very excited. For her junior prom, I ordered her dress online. We are fond of Bliss; I used them for my wedding dress, so I hoped to use them again. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday because it was the only day my work schedule permitted. However, when we arrived at 12:58 p.m., the store appeared to be closed, with all the lights off. The sign indicated Saturday hours of 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. My daughter called, but there was no answer, and a Facebook Messenger message only resulted in an automated reply. I am very disappointed that my daughter missed her appointment. We ended up finding a lovely dress at Dillards, but we had hoped for a more upscale designer dress.
