Crawfish Cajun Catering — Restaurant in Victoria

So this was my first time coming to this place and I can only five it a 3 stars. So when you get there you order at a window and the service is good, they help you pick and are very informative. We got the boiling pot and it's 3lbs with corn, potatoes and sausage for about $26 which is pretty good. When we got our crawfish which was pretty fast, I asked my husband to go get us Cajun seasoning and they didn't give him any. Then I asked the man that was going around, if he could give me some. He was like "It already has some." (Which I KNOW! this isn't my first rodeo. I like my crawfish, potatoes and corn with more seasoning) I told him I knew I just wanted more and he was like okay. He went right by me to give it to another customer and he never brought it to me, so I go up to get it myself. Which it wasn't even worth it, it tasted like lemon Lucas with no flavor. So we got to start on our crawfish and they were super SMALL and over cooked, the flavor was good but they were too small. We got about 5 big ones and that was it. The corn was good and the potatoes were dry with no flavor. My husband got the gumbo and it was too watery with 0 kick too it, the meat was tender. We spent about $52, which isn't too bad, if I would have spent more I would be upset but unfortunately I won't return. They need to work out a couple of things. The facility is nice they have plenty of parking and a cleaning station...

After deep consideration. I still have to give it a 5. Because even though it's pricey for most. If you have ever ate here, it's just delicious. Period. I went to Fezzo's in Weezyiana(Louisiana) for some gator bites. Disgusting. I came back went here and got some. Seasoned just how I like it. Excluding the salt. The boil. Omg. I haven't been to Nemo's or Crackin Crab yet. But for now, to me....
