Whataburger — Restaurant in Victoria

(8/11/23): Rated a 0 I purchase breakfast here between 2 and 4 times a week thru the drive thru. The food is fine, even the wait time when there is a line of cars is fine. The issue is the consistently getting order wrong. In today's episode of "What's In my Bag" I got 2 Sausage BOB Meals. Now clearly knowing how they fumble the ball I slowly stated 2 Bacon (bāk(ę)n) BOB Meals. I get Sausage (sõsij). They don't even sound alike or rhyme to confuse them. But, God bless them, they still find a way. Last Thursday when I took my daughter there after school, I order 2 large Chocolate Shakes and 2 medium fries, no other words were thrown in or used in that order. When I got to the window, they said, "1 Large Chocolate Shakes, 1 Medium Dr.Pepper and a Large Fry?"................🤔......this location should be rebranded as Whatadingus. I can't wait until tomorrow when I go back for breakfast again and another episode of, "What's In My Bag!"

On today's episode of "What's In My Bag?"......food was fast, good and correct! .......stay tuned on Friday when I will attempt to order a Chocolate Milkshake and Fires!!

9/24/23: Well I tried again. Me: I'll take 2.....Bacon Bob Meals Her: Is that 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese Meals? Me: Correct Her: Will there be anything else? Me: Each meal with a large coke Her: That will be $11.43 I get who they're and she hands me 1 large coke, 2 bacon bobs without the hash browns. I tell her this is wrong. She states that why I repeat myself. I told her you repeated yourself correctly, you didn't follow thru on what we both stated was the order. Then she shut the windows and left moving on to next customer. I highly recommend not using this location until they with train the staff to listen or just revamp the staff where needed. My score...

I normally use the drive-thru. My past two experiences have been awful the ones before that, not as bad...but bad. It took 35 minutes to get our food IN THE DRIVE-THRU. Multiple people left the line during that time. When we got to the window, Everything was there except for the apple pies. So I went into the store and said that I just went through the drive thru and we didn't get our apple pie. She apologized and said she'd get it for me. She then came back and said they'd have to make some. Asked if I could wait 15 minutes... Well heck, why not. So we waited. 15 minutes later I asked if they were done and she went to get them, she returned empty handed... Whoever put the pies in the fryer put in the lemon ones, not the apple ones. Asked if I could wait. I laughed and asked for my money back. She gave it to me & apologized. Of course my food is cold by the time I return to the car and drive home nearby. - 1 HOUR. Seriously? I'm not returning.

This isn't the first time. I really used to like What-a-burger, but in the past 3 years, I've never received my burger in a timely drive-thru manner. It's never been less than 20 minutes and about 75% of the time the screw up the order. I thought maybe they were low in staff at night, but there looked like there were plenty of people inside the building when I went in. Must be a...

The service is bad. I have never gone to a whataburger and got bad service or food. To start, the guy didn't pay attention to what i was telling him, though i repeated myself multiple times. He asked me the same question 3 times pretending to type only to ask me again. My husband and my son were with me, and he totally ignored my husband when he was going to tell him what he wanted to order. We asked for extra bacon. That he clearly heard because he repeated it, but he didn't put it in the computer and we weren't charged for it. Then, 3 more tables arrived and their food was on their table before ours. My husband went to ask what happened and they got mad. They brought it a few mins later and he asked us if we needed anything. We asked for spicy ketchup and napkins. He forgot. My husband then got up and grabbed the napkins himself because he was standing there and nobody was acknowledging him. Also, the salad was old. Worst service ever! Never coming back to this location. Though i was just passing...
