A must visit for anyone who enjoys Chinese coming within ~50 miles of the high desert. Friendly staff and extremely generous portions of very tasty food at a fantastic price. The orange chicken and spicy orange chicken are standouts among many stellar options (Reading some reviews here, yes it can sometimes be crispier than people expect and are used to from national chains, but I've always liked orange chicken a bit crispier and well prepared, give it a try!). The beef and broccoli, mushroom chicken, and string bean chicken are tastier than and have a much better ratio of meat to well prepared veggies than even national food chain competition.
The following nitpicks in no way dampen my strongest recommendation to visit as it is absolutely one of, if not the best, restaurants in the Desert: Sometimes the BBQ pork will have too much fat left on it. The chow mein is not great here, stick to fried or white rice, veggies, or rice noodles as your side. The otherwise delicious rice noodles are very short, like 1-2 inches per noodle... (I don't know why, they weren't always so short here. I've noticed some of their competitors (panda express) also doing this with their chow mein, why is this a thing?). Also, I wish they would consider switching to paper cups instead of styrofoam as one of my large drinks was punctured by the cup holder in my car and because styrofoam cups are generally considered to be less healthy...
Read moreThey guy who says it's bland🤣 obviously has no taste buds and look at his reviews, 8 reviews 🤣 what a joke, who would believe your trash reviews? This place has good food and gives you that old school fill up your plate feel for a fair price. You can get a 2 item and feed 2 people for around $10, you can't get a deal like that anymore. They also do drinks and catering. The staff is always friendly and gives you big portions where they can barley close the Togo box. Always clean and fresh food is always available. I rather come here and pay less and eat better quality food and get bigger portions than go to Panda express and pay more for small portions of food. Oh and the guy who said they got food poisoning is a liar, if you went to school and learned how food poisoning works would would know there is no way for you to say what it was from because of the time it takes to actually have symptoms of food poisoning also your the only ignorant one that left a comment like that because you were rude to staff and didn't like your service so you make up lies. Educated people can read the reviews and see your a liar and also see your other weak azz reviews you left for others, your a...
Read moreMy first time here after wanting to try it for a while, and I must say I’m very dissatisfied. The food had NO FLAVOR. I got the Chowmein, orange chicken & teriyaki chicken. After about 4 bites I was done. I told my boyfriend I never want to go back there. We both threw our food away. It was so bad I wanted to tell everyone walking in to not waste their money. I also have a stomach ache now. My stomach is very uneasy at the moment. the lady serving was rude and pushy even though there was no line behind us. They’re not sanitary there either. Their plastic forks are thrown there facing with the forks up so everyone’s hands touch them when grabbing one. I had to actually go to my car and get some plastic forks to use. I did however like my pink lemonade. 1 star because I had to pick one in order to leave a review. Don’t waste your money!! You’re better off going to eat next door at waba grill. 10000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. If they were respectful towards their customers maybe I wouldn’t be so upset that their food...
