Today I can say I'll never go back to this location again. Today I called in an order to go, I asked for a plate and a bowl both with specifics. I knew what I wanted would take some time, so when I was done ordering I asked the cashier working the 5 oclock shift today , about what time the food would be ready , in which she responded 10 to 15 mins. Which was fine, so I arrived 20 mins later to give it some time. Once I arrived, there was 1 person ahead of me waiting for their food. When I provided my name to the cashier, the COOK stepped ahead and said that my food wasn't ready yet because it was white meat chicken and ended 20 mins to cook. So I let them, the cashier and cook know I was aware of that, and that is why I had called ahead and already waited 20 mins. So they looked at me said sorry and repeated it and said I'd have to wait about 20 MORE mins. Mind you, I have people waiting on me at work.
So to add further injury to insult, as I waited I watched 3 other people come in, and get their food before me. 2 online orders and a walk in. So as I watched those people leave with their food, I finally received mine. Their was no compassion of care in the world that your employees wasted my time. They also burnt my chicken , provided very very little rice on the plate that was ordered, they forgot to add the avocado on the plate as well. I did receive the extra side of avocado that I ordered thankfully. They forgot they well done veggies on bowl as well and this establishment had no waba sauce just spicy and I got 1 of each. This was enough to make me not want to ever come back to this specific place again.
The first time they did this, I came to get my food I had again ordered 30 mins prior and they said a group came in used all of the white meat chicken. I didn't e enough get upset then, I just sat done and wait another 20 mins for my food.
Best advice check all your food BEFORE you leave. I will also be reaching out to corporate. I attempted to call when I was still in the parking lot, but they were closed, so I will be calling...

I placed an order online through Waba Grill's website, on 02/29, it was for 2 bowls, one had meat, veggies no rice, other bowl was just veggies and rice. Well after going there I did get take out from another fastfood place so it took me a while to get home, once I got home, the veggie and rice bowl was missing rice! I tried calling the store which is absolutely useless since there's no way of speaking with anyone, the number that's provided is like an automated service and the only person I was able to speak with is to place an order! I had to drive back and waste my time and gas doing so. Once there they only offered to put rice on it? I'm obviously upset after everything and ended up just asking for a refund. The cashier Carlos stated they would be unable to give me my money back since I ordered online, so he had my write down my name and phone number ON A RECIPT PAPER and that the owner would call me back. I asked if I could have some kind of proof or paper from them regarding my refund and he said there wasn't anything they could give me. Now its March 2nd, haven't gotten a call, the website is useless to contact anyone, I sent out a message through there and never got an email verifying they got my comment or concern. I have yet to get a phone call, so now I'm wondering if I will ever get my money back for that bowl? I returned their food to them, I should get my money back for it. Please do better. Yes, I was thinking maybe i need to be Mexican to get a hello. I walked out to cool off. I came in again and asked him if I could order now?? He said yes... but the menu wasn't powered on. I said, "Can I get a menu at least??? He pointed to a piece of paper. He began to take my order as if he weren't rude the first time. I could've left, but this food was affordable for me at the time.
