Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Hesperia

Wanted to try out the new location .. Had experience with the Victor Valley Mall location .. Ii ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich a regular size for $9.99 + 2.99 for a regular size Gourmet Fries .. I wanted to order a Strawberry Shake but they are not available yet do to they haven't received their Ice Cream machine yet .. I think I heard that they have been open for months .. regardless they are open for business and don't have the equipment to make everything on the menu .. ?? .. The Regular size Cheesesteak Sandwich was missing something .. steak .. there was a lot of lettuce .. what I received was very far from the pictures of the signiture " Cheesesteak Sandwich" on the menu board .. and farther away from a Cheesesteak and fries that was $14.00 + tax .. Very disappointed that they lost my business so quickly .. I absolutely love a great sandwich .. But the Vons deli across the street feeds me very well a couple times a week .. They now how to keep this carnivore ...

Had 2 seperate orders was not impressed at all they rushed everything. My 3 order2 of fries were cold and majority not even cooked all the way. Ordered boneless Buffalo wings combo which came mixed in a small box with the fries. Sorry but the picture was shown separate thats how it should of been delivered. My child did not want Buffalo fries they to were cold and hard. As for the Chicken California it came with veggies I asked to be left out and was not toasted at all. Could not taste the ranch at all was to watered down leaving it bland. The Bacon 3 Steak sandwich again had veggies that were request to be left out and was also not toasted. They also scanned my rewards but did not take it off my bill. Overall I understand you just opened but highly disappointed. You guys need to slow down and pay attention to detail. First off, the prices are ridiculous. I ordered the chicken philly and there was hardly any meat on it and what meat was on it tasted old. It was nasty. I took it back and got wings instead. I wasn't impressed with them either. It came with a butt liad of fries which I didn't want and then I had to pay an extra dollar for a tiny little side of ranch! I mean really, for the price I paid for 2 sandwiches with a shit ton of fries but not one serving of ranch unless you pay for it. Then to top it off the place was very dirty inside. I had to wipe down a table before we could sit because every table in the place was dirty. There was trash all over the floor. I was hoping for a new place to eat but it aint gonna be this place.
