Taco Bell — Restaurant in Victorville

Taco Bell has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I personally like the Enchirito, Burrito & Taco Supremes but nowadays the Enchirito is a good as it once was, no more olives or sour cream and barely any cheese like back when. Taco Bell isn't the same as it used to be in my opinion and I'm knowledgeable that as it happened to me personally at the Main st. Hesperia restaurant on a Saturday afternoon 2018. I had been at a local auto junk yard and afterwards I stopped in and placed my order at the counter and went into the men's room to wash my dirty hands and turned on the facets for hot & cold water and the water was scalding hot, I turned the cold all the way and no change its like the water was coming directly from the boilers. I couldn't rinse the soap off my hands. I looked under the sink to check the cold water supply and to my astonishment there was no cold water valve or pipe. I complained to the manager and over the next few months I complained two more times to the manager and the last time I went to that Taco Bell, I seen a manager using that restroom and then realized that employees use that restoom to do their number 1 & 2- PEW !!!!! THEN AFTER TAKING CARE OF THEIR PERSONAL BIZ- THEY GO BACK TO MAKE OUR FOOD AND DRINK. That was too much for me so I reported that to the HEALTH DEPT. and they were forced to make the neccesary plumbing repairs. Success the pipes were installed in both- men's and women's restrooms. As far as i know and did observe that restaurant never did have the proper plumbing since the building was built. How could PepsiCo let this skip or slip the PUBLIC HEALTH standards or the local authorities so...

I don't know why I keep trying Taco Bell because it's not like it used to be. For the first half of my life Taco Bell was wonderful the meat had the best flavor and everything was really good there but in the last 10 years it's just gone to heck and I don't know what they're using for me but it does not taste like ground beef and everything is just like cheap fillers. The beans and rice taste like they're from a box and just really bad quality and everything is so small hardly anything inside the burritos or tacos unless you get one of those burritos that has 12 different ingredients. Are you still love the little chips and cheese snack that they had there but the last several times I ordered that I was given a bag half full of chips and the cheese cup is less than half full and very tiny the price has tripled and if you ask for extra cup of cheese you'll pay a dollar for less than one teaspoon of cheese. It's just sad because I have this memory of how good it was and I want it to be that way again but I guess those days are long gone. Along with the Bell beefer which used to be the best thing they had on the menu oh also the Enchirito that was wonderful but the ground beef is not anything like it used to be so even if they brought those items back they probably wouldn't taste...

This place is a new store built and reciently opened. It had issues with the air conditioning unit and it was well over 108 degrees! THE DRIVE THROUGH was exaustingly too long of a wait to even get to the ordering menu board and the wait was well over 45 minutes to get to a point where I could vacate the drive through! People behind me was asking the folks behind them to please back up to where they could escape the chaos of this nightmare! I don't know what the issues were that required me to sit idilly by in the drivethrough for well over 45 minutes but if you are on a schedule, you best not go here! Maybe in a few months they may get it together but as for me, I don't plan on ever going back to this place! They have taken my favorite item off of the menu and I haven't a clue as to why. I'm a fan of a few items on their menu but when they take my favorite item off the menu, I will do business with the folks who continue to provide me with my favorite foods! The food I ordered was good but it couldn'tsatisfy what I went there for because someone decided to remove an item I specifically go to Taco Bell for. They are wandering why they are looking business! It's as simple as stop changing the menu that people come to...
