THIS STORE /STAFF IS HORRIBLE IN ADELANTO! I WALK IN LOOKING FOR SHOPPING CARTS. I SEE NONE, SO I ASK IF THEY MAY HAVE MORE. THE CASHIER LOOK AROUND HER IMMEDIATE AREA AND SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS. I'M IN A PRETTY GOOD MOOD THAT MORNING SO I BRUSHED IT OFF. I WAS THERE TO MAKE "I LOVE U BAGS" FOR THE HOMELESS. SO I NEEDED QUITE A FEW ITEMS. I BEGAN SHOPPING WITH THINGS IN MY ARMS. I TOOK THEM UP TO THE REGISTER, PLACING THEM OUT OF THE WAY SO CUSTOMERS COULD PAY FOR THEIR ITEMS. I CONTINUED GATHERING ITEMS. MY ARMS ARE FULL AGAIN. I WALK UP TO THE REGISTER AND SEE MY PREVIOUS ITEMS HAD BEEN REMOVED! I PUT THE ITEMS I HAD IN MY ARMS DOWN AND IMMEDIATELY WALKED OUT! I WAS STEAMING!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! IT'S A SHAME I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER CITY TO GET GOOD SERVICE!

LATER THAT DAY I WENT TO THE STORE IN VICTORVILLE. THERE WERE PLENTY AVAILABLE CARTS, THE STORE PERSONNEL EVEN ASSISTED ME. I ENDED UP SPENDING $151.00 THERE, WHICH COULD /SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN ADELANTO.

ADELANTO OFFICIALS: GET IT TOGETHER! IF YOU WANT YOUR RESIDENTS TO SPEND THEIR MONEY IN THIS CITY, YOU BETTER MAKE SURE YOU GET GOOD WORKERS, GOOD COMPANIES, GOOD POLICE OFFICERS, ETC., THIS CITY WILL NOT GROW W/O MONEY.

This store has the worst manager...... Sunday Nov. 14 at about 10:00am. we were at this store and heard multiple customers complaining to the store manager about why only one young girl was doing everything! This poor girl was working the register and making balloons while the manager and three other employees were just standing around watching her work. The line to her register was all the way back to the freezer area and some customers had even walked out of the store. The manage said that she was on break and that the computer would not let her open another register. This poor young girl who was working the register was doing her best to keep the customers happy, she was so upset that she was crying! None of the customers blamed her, we all thought she was doing a fantastic job. Her name is Sinaya and she was doing a great job! This store can use a new manager that cares about...

Well the checkout line was a dozen or more people...and there was clearly 2 other employees working. I asked one of them if they could open another register, she reluctantly said ok... And continued collecting her go backs. I waited 5 minutes...asked again...she continued her busy work...other customers started asking and finally after a good 10-12 minutes she went to a register...with a huge attitude! She even answered a personal call on her cell while ringing someone out. This is unacceptable behavior for an employee.... Also this store has its reading glasses display right smack in front of the only register that always open. And since theres always a line of people...its nearly impossible to browse & try on...
