The food is amazing can't deny that, but from observing each time I've entered the store I notice the there is one person rushing all the employees telling them to pick up the pace as she stands there walking back and forth with nothing in hand getting frustrated because her team isn't moving as fast as she wants them to, but it was 1 person on the line and someone else making food so they could have food. It's unfair for the employees and if that's the manager I feel bad for the management here because that's not a team. Work with doordash so, I am constantly in and out this store I get my business from here the most. There are 2 people who stand out to me the most. I see them working hard everytime regardless of the pressure they are put under. Props to them for doing this game, but notice it be so busy they haven't sat down, catch their breath. I spoke with a different employee one day to ask if they get breaks. He responded with "Whenever his manager is there and the store is super busy they can have a team and not be short staffed he would still have to wait because he's the best packer. Get those people out of there and you can go on break after and that's if the rush stops" That's saddening to hear.
I recommend to every employee whose going through this to contact Department of Labor and file a complaint They will do an investigation, but if enough of you complain that manager will be fired the same day of filing the complaint.

Read moreI haven’t been to KFC in about 10 years and probably never will again. I ordered through the KFC app and went through the drive thru at the time it said the order was estimated to be ready. The worker said the order needed to be picked up in store. I said the app said the order is ready and they said they don’t know how the app works. They said the order is not ready and I can come inside to pick it up. I said can I speak to a manager. The manager who said her name was Faviela/Fabiola proceeded to argue and say that I needed to come inside and when I asked for the number for corporate or complaints they gave me a number that is disconnected I said the number is disconnected and she said nothing so I drive to the window where I am met by the regular employee and the manager didn’t want to speak with me. That employee stood in place of her manager but that isn’t her job to do I told her I am not upset with her I just want my food. She said it isn’t ready and I can come back around the drive thru or come inside so I don’t mess up their drive thru time metrics.
